Recent Success Story
On 11/27/2025, Deputies received notification of a Flock hit for an entered endangered missing elderly female from New Albany, Ohio. The missing female was listed as being diabetic and suffering from dementia. While deputies were checking the area, another flock hit/notification of the vehicle occurred, updating the location. Deputies were able to locate the vehicle and missing woman in Deerfield Township, Ohio. She was disoriented, confused, and needing medical attention. EMS was called to the scene. The missing female was transported to the hospital where she was treated and awaited a family member to respond to pick her up. On 11/16/2025 Deputies were able to locate a wanted subject via Flock hot list notification. The wanted female had two warrants for her arrest, Theft (F-5) and Violating a Protection Order (M-1). Deputies had identified the female from the theft in Deerfield Township on 10-28-25. During this incident, they were able to find not just the vheicle but also the plate of the car being used in the theft. This additional informaiton allowed the vehicle to be added for hotlist notifications. This led to deputies locating the vehicle and arresting the wanted person. On 08/21/2025, The Flock system was used to identify a suspect in a stranger-on-stranger sexual assault case which occurred in Deerfield Township. The suspect selected his victim at random in WalMart and followed her around town while she completed errands, before following her home and assaulting her. She was able to obtain a vehicle description and a partial license plate. With that information, deputies were able to identify a suspect. Detectives interviewed the suspect, obtaining a full confession. The suspect was arrested and charged with multiple felonies. The details of this case suggest that his next victim would have likely suffered greater than a simple assault.
